Bowen Renovare is directed and owned by Craig Bowen. Craig's journey into property began at the young age of 21 when he purchased his first home. This initial investment ignited his passion for property development and now fuels his desire to create beautiful homes from converting empty light industrial and small office blocks. Since then, he has bought and renovated several residential properties, successfully converting them into Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) which he holds in his property portfolio.

Craig demonstrates strong acumen in business having founded Roman Bath Private Hire in 2013 alongside his property ventures. With more than twenty years of experience in the transport industry managing smaller transport related companies, he transformed this business into one of the leading airport transfer and tour companies in the World Heritage City of Bath.

Tracy has dedicated the last 20 years to various roles within the financial services sector, working for some of the major high street banks and building societies. Throughout her career, she has gained a wealth of experience across multiple departments, including personal banking, economic crime, and retail risk profiling. 

This diverse background equips Tracy with a strong foundation in operating with integrity and professionalism. Her extensive customer service and sales experience further enhances her contributions to the team. As a valued member of Bowen Renovare, Tracy plays a crucial role in ensuring the company's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Justin is an accomplished project manager with over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering sectors. He has a proven track record of delivering high-value projects across various fields, including healthcare, education, retail, and residential developments. Throughout his career, Justin has collaborated with industry leaders such as Carillion, ISG, and Laing O’Rourke, showcasing his ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Justin also serves as the Director of Waterson Project Services, where he provides project management support, Matterport surveying solutions, and comprehensive construction services. Among his notable achievements is managing the £10.5 million Norton Hill Primary School project during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. He also delivered modular junior and officer accommodation for Aspire Defense’s £700 million capital works program, demonstrating his capacity to handle significant responsibilities.

Justin holds ONC and HNC qualifications in civil engineering and construction technology, complemented by extensive training in safety, sustainability, and project management. His expertise encompasses stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and navigating complex builds, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
